The Connecticut Foundation for Open Government will hold a forum on the First Amendment Tuesday at the Old State House in Hartford.
The discussion will include former Hartford Courant columnist Denis Horgan, known in some circles as “ol’ one ‘n'”, and attorney Dan Klau.
It’s open to the public. It’s free. It starts at noon.
