Former WFSB reporter Melissa Francis, now an anchor at Fox Business, told viewers on her program Friday afternoon that she “was silenced” by management when she worked at CNBC over her reporting on the Affordable Care Act – known by many as “Obamacare.”

Francis charged the “liberal media” is refusing to cover the story of a former Obama administration healthcare consultant who was caught on video tape referring to the American people as “stupid” for believing in the ACA.

Francis made the claim that when she worked for CNBC she was “called in” by management and told she was “disrespecting the Office of the President” by telling her viewers the math of Obamacare simply didn’t work. On Fox, Francis added, every criticism she made against the ACA turned out to be true.
