Carter Johnson has left Global Strategy Group where she was a Senior Vice President to start her own firm: Ethical Influence LLC, an ethics compliance and public affairs agency based out of Glastonbury. Carter is well-known at the Capitol; in addition to her time at Global, she also was a long-time member of the lobbying arm of Robinson & Cole.
