During Colin McEnroe’s day-after-the-election radio program on WNPR, Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz was discussing the election returns and her recent announcement that unofficial numbers showed Democrat Dan Malloy with enough votes to be Connecticut’s next governor. Republican Tom Foley had been asked to call in and was discussing the results when he realized the Bysiewicz was also on the show, at which point he asked her incredulously, “You’re the Secretary of the State and you’re announcing a result when you only have unofficial returns??”

It was highly entertaining, highly uncomfortable, and GREAT radio. You can listen here.
