Christine Palm is running for state representative from the 36th district (Chester, Deep River, Essex, Haddam). Chris reported for the Hartford Times during its final 2 years of existence (1974-1976), as well as the Hartford Advocate, and wrote a column for the Hartford Courant which highlighted buildings/spaces (she was nominated for a Pulitzer for an essay she had in the Courant).
Most recently she handled communications for the Permanent Commission on the Status of Women. She is a Democrat and taking on first-term GOP incumbent Robert Siegris.
