Starting a week from today, WWUH radio in Hartford will begin a ten part series on the history of radio in Connecticut.
The first several episodes deal primarily with Hartford and a long list of familiar names, but toward the end of the five week series the station will delve into smaller markets in the state including eastern Connecticut and the New Haven area.
Since 2005 WWUH has been gathering interviews and old tape to pull the series together.
The whole project is called “Connecticut Radio Memories.“
