Long time producer and engineer Tim Helmecki is leaving his position with CBS/Radio in Hartford for an IT position outside of broadcasting.
Helmecki has been with WTIC since 1996 and produced shows for Colin McEnroe(where he was known on air as “Helmecki”), Bruce Stevens and Arnold Dean. He’ll continue to work on the production of college sports events on a freelance basis.
