Less than a week after Fox News promoted Suzanne Scott to president of programming, questions are being raised about whether she is really the candidate to provide the network with a fresh start.
Several media reports have identified Scott as the Fox News executive who enforced the “mini-skirt” rule for Fox hosts, rallied the troops to defend Roger Ailes and disparage Gretchen Carlson of Greenwich after she filed a sexual harassment suit, and was likely aware of the efforts to cover up harassment claims made against Ailes and Bill O’Reilly.
