We’ve seen a fair number of movies lately, what with Oscar season bearing down upon us. Is it just us…or do others think the lovely Columbia Pictures lady bears a striking resemblance to Connecticut anchor legend Joanne Nesti?

Besides, she worked for NBC UNIVERSAL. (She’s spinning the Universal globe on her finger.)
My mother is in fact the torch lady, I have documented proof, ie, original photos from the days when she worked for Columbia Pictures in NYC, with the old CP logo affixed. Soon digital imaging will be used to prove this as factual, it was done in the 1990.s and was documented as correct.

And yes, I see someone knows who that woman really is, but I still think it’s Joanne.
