We’re thinking of Teresa Rousseau, copy editor at the Danbury News-Times, and Bill Leukhardt, Hartford Courant reporter (and Waterbury Rep-Am alum). Daughter/stepdaughter Lauren Rousseau had recently become a full-time substitute teacher at Sandy Hook Elementary. The Courant’s Josh Kovner has written a beautiful feature about Lauren and her lifelong dream to become a teacher.
