And now for something new and different.
This story on We-Ha.com caught our attention. The well known and popular West Hartford restaurant known as The Corner Pug is closing next month but a new owner is moving in soon with a menu focused on global inspiration and locally sourced food.
Ashley Flagg’s restaurant will be named The Laurel, so we are behind her 100%.
The menu will be very different, but the space will be mostly the same. New paint. New upholstery. Flagg told We-Ha.com she’s, “putting lipstick on the pug.”
As Ernest and Julio Gallo might say, if they were here, “All the best.”
