Buffalo, New York news anchor Kate Welshofer, who first came to our attention several years ago with her parody You Tube videos on local television news, is leaving the television business – at least for now.
Known for her writing, Welshofer told her audience on Tuesday that she is stepping away not for another job, or another opportunity, but for “wellness, well-being and fulfillment.”
She is the host of “Most Buffalo” which airs at 4p.m. on WGRZ. She will officially leave at the end of the year.
