A few weeks following the conviction of his former co-host, former Governor John Rowland, Rev. Will Marotti is stepping down from his position as afternoon host on WTIC-AM.
Wednesday was Marotti’s last show. He cited family and work obligations. Station management says Marotti was never supposed to be a permanent replacement for Rowland, yet the station still has not found a permanent host for the time slot.
Utility broadcaster – and the voice of the Huskies – Joe D’Ambrosio will be filling in on an interim basis.
