The Bristol based company is fighting in Connecticut Superior Court with Sage Steele over her lawsuit against the network alleging that ESPN violated her free speech rights. The dispute stems from comments she made on air about former President Obama and the company’s vaccine mandate. ESPN filed a motion last week to dismiss the lawsuit.
