South Windsor native and former CTMirror publisher David Daley is out with a new book described as a chronicle of a fifty-year effort by conservatives to deny voting rights in this country. It is titled AntiDemocratic.
Daley is a senior fellow with FairVote.org. His previous book was about gerrymandering.
