Hartford Courant parenting columnist and freelance writer Teresa Pelham has released her first children’s book. Inspired by the care that was given to her rescue dog Roxy, Teresa has written “Roxy’s Forever Home,” with proceeds to benefit dog rescue. The book was illustrated by Connecticut artist Dina Marie Pratt and is available at www.roxysforeverhome.com .
