Long time Hartford Courant editor Naedine Hazell is leaving the paper to take a job with Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York. She’ll be working there with Scott Johnson, also formerly of the Courant, on the innovation team.
Over the years Hazell has held a number of positions at the Courant including; city editor, features editor and managing editor. Most recently she has been in charge of special projects and publications which made her the editor of Hartford Magazine.
No replacement has been named. The Courant crew had a going away party for her Wednesday night.
