Altice owned News12 (which includes News12 Connecticut) is merging with another Altice owned network known as i24News to start a third platform to be called Altice USA News. It will launch in the fall.
The News12 networks cover Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. i24News is based in Tel Aviv. The two networks are expected to combine their programming to create the third offering.
