Student athletes on at least four Connecticut campuses have already announced endorsement deals in the aftermath of a new NCAA policy allowing them to profit from the commercial use of their Name, Image, and Likeness.

The University of Connecticut has put together an educational session to help athletes sort it all out and is hiring an outside firm to help manage the new landscape.

According to a report from Paul Doyle, UConn’s Paige Bueckers is in a unique position to take advantage of the new rules, but she says she’s not ready to jump right in and grab her piece of the new world order.
