Hearst Connecticut announced that it will no longer print the Norwalk Citizen, its weekly newspaper covering Norwalk, after its Dec. 27 edition.The announcement was made in a short, front-page letter to readers in the Dec. 20 edition of the Norwalk Citizen. The newspaper started 16 years ago and came out on Fridays.
