Maria Taylor is leaving Bristol based ESPN as her contract expires and a few weeks after a controversy erupted over remarks made about her by another ESPN personality.
Reports indicate Taylor is headed to NBC to take part in coverage of the Olympics.
Both Taylor and ESPN had nothing but nice things to say about each other as the news broke. Probably a good strategy for both parties since the world of TV sports journalism is small and there is always the possibility there will be an opportunity to work together again.
