The New York Times has published the results of an extensive investigation into Fox News franchise player Bill O’Reilly.

The paper says during O’Reilly’s time at Fox News, he and the company have paid out a combined $13 million to women who have accused O’Reilly of sexual harassment. O’Reilly denies all the accusations and the network stands behind him.

O’Reilly was an anchor at WFSB in Hartford in the late ’70’s and his tenure here was not without controversy. The substance behind those controversies, off-handed remarks made on air, would not even garner notice in today’s world. He left Hartford for Boston, then New York City and then the networks, before landing at Fox where he has achieved his greatess success.
