As ABC’s George Stephanopoulos tries to weather the controversy brought about by his undisclosed donations to the Clinton Foundation, someone is having fun at his expense on the streets near ABC News in New York.
Posters have gone up depicting Stephanopoulos and Hillary Clinton together – along with the caption “PayPal.”
There seems to be a trend in society in general, and in the media specifically, to permanently and completely end the career – and banish forever – anyone who is perceived to have crossed a line. When you are being tried in the media there are only two outcomes: Forgiveness or the ultimate punishment.
