As many had predicted when she joined The CT Mirror as an economic development reporter 2021, Erica Phillips has distinguished herself and earned a promotion.
She will begin the new year as state policy editor. In her new role Phillips will oversee “education, justice, environment and health reporting and will work with other editors to align coverage across beats.”
The Mirror plans to hire a new economic development reporter early next year.
