President Biden is coming to Connecticut Friday on behalf of his old friend, colleague and confidant Chris Dodd.
The occasion is the rededication of the former Thomas Dodd Research Center as the Dodd Center for Human Rights. The name change is meant to honor both Chris Dodd and his father, the late and former U.S. Senator Thomas Dodd.
