Former Fox 61 reporter Dave Puglisi is off the beat as he recovers from a car accident last week.
Puglisi was hit by a car while crossing the street on the way home. He said in a social media post that he almost made it to the other side when he was suddenly tossed into the air. He didn’t see it coming.
He reports he broke two bones in his back, but is recovering, walking a bit, and hoping to be back to work soon. Puglisi is now with WHDH in Boston. Between there and Fox 61 he worked in Orlando.
