A second Rachel has joined the Fox 61 weather team.
Quinnipiac University alum Rachel Piscitelli has been hired as a weekend meteorologist. She joins weekday forecaster Rachel Frank who has promised there is room enough in the Fox 61 weather center for two Rachels.
