WFSB Assignment Desk Editor Chris Collibee has been promoted to Assignment Manager with the departure of Dave Ward (who’s now News Director at WSHM in Springfield). Chris will be joined in the newsroom by Shannon Birdsall Kane, an old friend from their days at WVIT. Shannon, Assignment Manager at WTNH, is heading to WFSB to become Executive producer of Digital Content.
