So a few weeks ago we told you that sportscaster Bob Rumbold was retiring from Fox61. That was not fake news, but.. we’re hearing that Bob will be heading down I-91 to join the News8 sports team. We sense the not-so-invisible hand of WTNH General Manager Rich Graziano who once led FOX61. Since Graziano came back to the market he has also recruited from 61 meteorologist Joe Furey, Assistant News Director Nicole Warren, and feature reporter Sarah Cody among others. Bob replaces Jennifer Williams who was only at the station for a few months.
