We just saw Brian Shactman on New England Cable News, anchoring the morning show. Brian is a former NBC CT morning anchor who moved on to CNBC and MSNBC. At first blush, a move to NECN (which is also owned by NBC Universal) might seem like a demotion, but Brian is from Massachusetts and anchoring in Boston may be a welcome change from the network scene for him.
