The Sinclair Broadcast Group has agreed to divest itself of 23 television stations as part of its effort to win FCC approval to buy Tribune Media.
Tribune owns Fox 61 and WCCT in Connecticut. Both those properties are expected to be part of the new and larger Sinclair if the deal is approved.
