In new filings with the FCC, Sinclair Broadcast Group does not detail which stations it will sell if its deal to acquire Tribune Media goes through.
Sinclair continues to defend its takeover plans to regulators despite opposition from competitors and various interest groups who claim the new local station ownership group, that would be created by the merger, would be too big and too influential.
Tribune Media owns Fox 61 and WCCT in Connecticut.
