    State lawmakers worried about how long it is taking to assemble a state budget should take heart. Sometimes good legislation takes time.

    For instance, it took close to 200 million years, but last week the Dilophosaurus was finally named Connecticut’s official state dinosaur. Fossilized remains of what is believed to be a Dilophosaurus were found in the 1960’s in Rocky Hill leading to the creation of what is now known as Dinosaur State Park.
