With one more week to go in Connecticut, NBC Connecticut’s Kaitlyn McGrath is moving in to her new place in Washington, D.C., posting this photo this weekend. She’ll soon be joining WUSA 9 in the nation’s capital.
Waiting to greet Kaitlyn at WUSA 9 is former Fox 61er Lorenzo Hall who it appears has purchased a new home in D.C. with his partner Jesse Burkett-Hall – also at WUSA-WTTG. Note the; “at least for a little while,” nod to the transitory nature of broadcast news at the end of the Tweet.
Margaux Farrell is back on the air at Fox 61 after taking time off to recover from break-through Covid.
New Yorker writer and author Evan Osnos will be in Hartford Thursday night for a conversation about his latest book, Wildland, which attempts to explain how America became so politically divided. The conversation will be led by Susan Campbell, who coincidentally, Tweeted vociferously, voraciously, and at times vituperatively against the last administration during most of Donald Trump’s time in office. But she did so with transparency.
