After more than five years, Jeff Stoecker, a news anchor and member of NBC CT’s Troubleshooters team, is leaving the station. His last day is Wednesday.
The word went out to staff Sunday afternoon. No word on where he’s headed next, but management gave him a warm send off, thanked him for his work and wished him “nothing but the best” as he “pursues new opportunities.” We’ll keep you posted.
Before coming to Hartford, Jeff worked in Albany where his work included covering the prostitution scandal that forced the resignation of former Governor Eliot Spitzer.
