The House of Representatives could force a vote on the Social Security Fairness Act, which would repeal rules that currently reduce SS benefits for certain civil servants including teachers, police and firefighters. Rep. Jim Himes (D) (CT-4) ) explains how it could impact 22,000 retirees in Connecticut.

After some suppliers raised the red flag about the CT Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) about funding, Sen. Matt Lesser (D- Middletown) addresses their concerns. Vendors say they are losing money on the program. Mike and Sen. Lesser discuss possible solutions moving forward.
