The legislative session starts Jan. 8 and the big focus will be on crafting the next biennial budget. Democratic legislators would like to adjust the budget controls to free up more money. Republicans and Governor Lamont oppose it.

We’re taking a look at both sides of the argument with Senate Minority Leader Stephen Harding (R-Brookfield) and CT Nonprofit Alliance CEO Gian-Carl Casa.
