  1. it was nice to let other people enjoy your cherldin. That is important. I had a friend who said she really will miss her kids when they are gone on vacation without her. I felt a little bad like she thought that I loved my kids less because I didn’t miss them. NOw I can think of it as I love them enough and enjoy them enough to share them with their grandparents and their extended family. I will always miss them but I have learned to love the moments that we do have together in the car on the way home from daycare or before dinner or at bedtime when the older one is telling me his not tired as his eyes fall closed. Those are the moments to enjoy and share.
