"The Beast"

Courant columnist Kevin Rennie had us squirming today as we read his piece “Rell Pollster’s E-Mails Show Servile Streak.” Kevin (left) quotes an e-mail which UConn Professor and pollster Ken Dautrich, now at the center of a media storm, sent to Rell chief of staff Lisa Moody. In it he refers to Kevin as “a beast” who “can be played”. In addition, Dautrich tells Lisa he “ran into” Kevin, while Kevin says the two had a “long-planned and, I  thought, cordial lunch….”
