Congratulations to Lee Howard, a member of The Day’s business reporting team, who has been named a recipient of 
(deep breath…) the National Award for Distinguished Literary Contributions Furthering Engineering Professionalism from the U.S. Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (whew!).
Howard won the award for his series of stories last year on Pfizer’s use of HB-1 visas to speed up outsourcing of its work.
