We’re a little confused. When Al Terzi left WFSB there was rampant speculation among his fellow broadcasters as to where he would land. The folks at Fox CT made a show of escorting him around their newsroom, leading many to assume that a spot would be created for him there. But a couple months later we see in JAVA that Al and son Tony will co-host a Saturday morning radio show on WDRC-AM.
Saturday mornings.
And only twice a month.
This is a nice “scaling back” schedule but we inferred that Al wasn’t ready to leave prime time yet. Perhaps there’s more to come.
Sounds to me like a trial to test Terzi father and son for a possible afternoon drive show. WDRC needs local programming in the afternoon.
