Tribune Media, owner of Fox 61 and WCCT in Connecticut, has sold off a large piece of its investment in CareerBuilder.com.
The move will provide the company with a $157 million cash infusion and bring TM’s ownership stake in CareerBuilder from 32% to 8%.
As you know, the Sinclair Braodcast Group is in the process of acquiring Tribune Media in a deal worth $3.9 billion.
