Speaking of the Boston Globe(which we did last week), the paper’s editorial page staff came up with a new concept this weekend that is sure to be repeated elsewhere soon.
The paper produced a satirical front page offering a view of the world under a Trump presidency.
The Globe made clear this was a work of satire produced by the opinion staff not the news staff.
The idea is not entirely original by the way. WNPR’s Colin McEnroe did a show a few weeks back featuring various commentators looking ahead and trying to imagine the stories we’d be covering if Trump actually won the presidency.
Editor’s Note: We believe under a Trump presidency the chyron in the corner of the screen would not say “Live Now” it would say “Like NOW!”
