Given the occasional talk in Washington of impeachment it is perhaps not surprising that CNN would hire Ross Garber as a legal analyst. Garber is a partner at Shipman & Goodwin who, as a former legal counsel to Connecticut Governor John Rowland, became a nationally-recognized expert on impeachment proceedings. He has represented “The Office of Governor” in three additional states where Governors were facing possible removal from office. Garber also teaches at Tulane Law School in New Orleans.
