State Representative Bob Godfrey(D), one of the lawmakers originally involved in the creation of CT-N, says he intends to file legislation that either gives the public affairs network full control of its content, or kills the channel for good.
Godfrey says as the network is operating now it is offering nothing more than political propaganda benefiting the legislature.
The Connecticut Public Affairs Network, which managed CT-N until earlier this month, pulled out of its contract with the Office of Legislative Management over issues of editorial control and a recent 50% budget cut.
