Sometimes people enter the Connecticut news market and it slips our notice. Such is the case with Rachael Jay who we saw only recently delivering a weather forecast on NBC CT.
She’s the weekend evening meteorologist. Before joining WVIT, she worked at HMTV6 in Hagerstown, Maryland, KWWL in Waterloo, Iowa, and WVEC in Norfolk, Virginia.
A Maryland native, she graduated from Penn State. In addition to weather, she produces digital content for the station.
