“Tipsters in Hartford (Market #29) say Elsa Veisor, the 29-year-old marketing and public relations manager for Tribune’s WTIC-61-Fox and WTXX-20-CW who was nabbed for DUI twice in one night, while in the company of General Manager Richard Graziano, has been demoted.”

Her arraignment is scheduled for May 27.
Demoted? Word at Broad street is that she was PROmoted and has moved over from 61 to a 4th floor Mahognay Row office near her lochnivar, the midnight rambler-publisher
