The proposed $5.4 billion deal offered by Standard General to by Tegna, owner of Fox 61 and CW20 in Connecticut, appears headed for the trash pile.
If that’s the case, what is next for Tegna and its employees? Will the company seek another buyer, remain intact, sell off individual stations? All are options that may be on the table.
