Jeff Cohen, a reporter at the Hartford Courant for almost 7 years, has just signed on to become WNPR’s Capitol Region Reporter. Great news for WNPR listeners: not so good for Courant readers. Jeff started in the Courant’s Enfield bureau but transitioned to covering Hartford and its economic development issues. For the past year and a half, Hartford Mayor Eddie Perez and his legal troubles have been dominating Jeff’s time. Before the Courant, Jeff worked for the Meriden Record;Journal. He starts with WNPR after the holidays.
