The newest member of WNPR’s investigative unit is a well-known member of the Connecticut press corps: Jacqueline Rabe Thomas, Education and Health Reporter for the CT Mirror.
As Jacqui posted on social media, nearly 12 years ago she moved to Connecticut to join the launch of the Mirror. She figured she would stay long enough for her husband to finish school, but they fell in love with Connecticut.
She’s won a slew of awards for her work at the Mirror and joins WNPR’s investigative unit as it’s being formed; Walter Smith-Randolph was hired as Investigative Editor last month.
